SHIPPING
All items are SHIPPED to the etsy address provided in the purchase statement. If diffrent please convo me.

Please allow 7-10 production days for all orders. Once payment is received all items will be shipped via USPS BUSINESS DAYS (Mon. thru Fri.). If you have a rush order, please convo me for availability. I am not responsible for damage during shipping but will be happy to fix any problems.

ANY ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SOPHIE'S BOUTIQUE!

TRACKING AND INSURANCE: You have the option of tracking and insuring your order for an extra fee. Please contact me prior to purchasing the item(s) so I can add the tracking fee!

REFUND POLICY
There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges. Although I do not offer refunds, I will gladly exchange the item for you. You must contact me within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order if you would like to make an exchange.

Return shipping is the responsiblity of the buyer unless I overlook any specific instructions. 20% Restocking fee will apply to all returned items and cancelled orders. During return the item purchased is the responsibility of the buyer. (PLEASE contact me before returning any item(s)).
