Excellent gift set - oak bottle holder and matching bottle stopper ! ! ! Your bottle will appear to defy gravity when placed in this oak bottle holder. The bottle holder has has a stripe of walnut down the ceter and the stopper has a blue dichroic glass jewel inset.

Care of your new stained glass: Gently clean with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Dry with a soft cloth.
Hanging your new stained glass: A cup-hook should be screwed into the wood frame for the stained glass to hang from. Attaching to a window with just a suction cup is not encouraged (except for smaller items) due to the weight of most pieces.
The solder used in the creation of the stained glass piece does include lead.

Studio Policies for StainedGlassElegance

Everything you see in my shop is already made and ready to ship. All these items are shipped within 2 working days after order and payment are confirmed. Any item may be special ordered with your specific choice of color, etc. I will let you know how long your special order will take for me to make, but on average it is 2 weeks. I ship most items via USPS Priority Mail (which usually delivers in 2 - 3 days) and you will be supplied with the tracking number. If you prefer another method, please contact me for cost and details.
I will ship some of my items to Canada for an additional cost that is shown under Shipping on each applicable item.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the item after I receive the original item undamaged (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please return it in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately as I insure most shipments. Keep all packaging and labels and take pictures of the box and the damaged item. I will either make a replacement item or refund your purchase price plus the shipping costs, whichever you prefer.

Please keep in mind that each item is hand made and the replacement may vary slightly. Also, if I do not have a second item in stock, it will take a few weeks to make a new one and ship it to you. Upon arrangements for a replacement, I will give you an estimate of the time of the new shipment.

If you have not received your item within 10 days of shipment, please contact me and I will check the Delivery Confirmation and if it is determined that the item is indeed lost, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs or offer to make a replacement.

If you see an item that you would like to customize (i.e.: different color and/or a slight variation) I will be happy to accommodate your request. If you have something in mind that you do not see in my shop, contact me for a custom order and I will be more than happy to work with you. All custom orders require a 50% deposit (which is non-refundable) with balance due upon completion of the item and before it ships.
