The choker is constructed of 4mm bicone crystals in two color shades of mauve, along with gold lined and peacock green seed beads. The choker comes together with a lobster clasp, and has a long dangle with a matching motif at its end. I also made the chain long enough to hang more loosely if desired. Very lovely.
This necklace would be fabulous for an evening out, or any special ocassion. Also, for finishing touches, (icing on the cake), add the matching ear rings and bracelet.

I'm happy to fulfill a custom order. Custom orders must be paid in full prior to acceptance of project; this is too cover the cost of any special order materials needed for completion. Custom orders are not refundable, so it is very important that any details you would like are finalized prior to the projects approval & payment.
Please make sure your addresses on ArtFire and Paypal match...this is too make sure your purchase is sent to the correct address. I'll do everything I can in good faith to make sure your package goes out promptly, but I'm not responsible for incorrect address information provided by you. Shipping labels will be processed from your Paypal address. I generally ship within 24 hours after your payment has cleared. If your payment is received and cleared on a weekend, your item will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
Beginning January 1, 2011, items within the United States will be shipped via USPS, and packaging and shipping costs will be $5.00. For areas outside the USA, please message me for a shipping quote. For USA buyers, free shipping for orders of $35.00 or more, you must enter the free shipping code at checkout. Also, from time to time, I may offer a promotional reduced shipping rate; please be sure to check my store announcement for specials promotions.
Once shipping takes place, I will provide you with all the tracking information. For items lost or damaged due to USPS, I will help with filing the necessary claim with the postal service. I always have the customer in mind, so each situation is individually considered.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Should you change your mind about your purchase, returns & exchanges must be made within 3 days after receiving your item (see requirements below). Custom orders are excluded. Please contact me within this time frame, otherwise, after 3 days time of receiving the item, it's yours and not eligible for return.
If you are not satisfied with an item or change your mind, I will be happy to accept a return for refund (minus any shipping fee), but the following conditions must be met: 1) The item must still be new and unworn; 2) You must contact me within the 3 day limit posted for returns or exchanges; after 72 hours (3 days), the item is yours and generally not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact me if you have questions. This policy isn't meant to be harsh, and if you contact me, I'll try to arrive at a satisfactory solution for all. Customers are important, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
3) Following our communication, I must have the item back within 10 days (please don't wait until the 10th day to put a return in the mail). If I do not receive the return item within the 10 day time frame, the item is yours and not eligible for return or exchange. Once I receive the return item and find it's condition (new & unused), I will issue a refund, or exchange as requested. Any item worn or misused is not refundable and is not eligible for exchange.
1) Earrings are NOT returnable. Many states have guidelines that do not allow earrings to be returned due to hygienic issues, and when you really think about it, would you really want to wear such an intimate item someone else has already worn. So, the only exception to this policy is "the earrings are still in their sealed package, unopened and untouched". Otherwise, they're yours.
2) Last Chance Clearance items are NOT refundable.
3) Items made with feathers. Feathers once assembled into an accessory piece can't be disassembled and stay intact. Also, as a seller, I have no way of sanitizing them for use in a different project, so items made with feathers are not refundable.
In some instances, I may ask for a digital photo highlighting your concern, which will speed up the return or exchange approval process.
When wearing jewelry, we all understand that accidents can happen. For certain jewelry items, some damage may be repairable. Please contact me with details about the damage, and I'll let you know if repairing your jewelry piece is possible, and the fee for doing so.
I can not issue a refund for items delivered to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the buyer. Please double check the address you provide. A moment to confirm the correctness of your address will ensure your package is mailed to the proper address.
