How it works.
Post an item to wanelo then leave the link here for all to save.
This should be a link right from wanelo not your shop.
If you would like to include the link to your shop you may also leave that one.
Please Save others links before you and after if you have time and they fit your boards.
This will help get you bumped up and can put you on the trending page for the day. Saving others items helps promote them and you as your boards grow so will your followers. All the more eyes to see you boards.
Items posted for each day will be saved by who ever is participating for the day, so you could have 20 saves in one day, now that may not get you on the fist page but it may bump you up enough to get even more saves, exposing your item to more people in a short time.
I use a white artist's board to photograph on and save all my pics to Picasa, where I crop to the now recommended 1000x1000. But . . . the pics always turn out with a gray cast to the background. So I send my cropped pics to www.FotoFuze. Once pics have been fuzed, I do any other photo editing (take out a spot on the background, boost the color, etc.) in Picassa. Both are free and easy programs to use.
BOOOO! Happy Thursday to all. Here's my latest fun and spooky Halloween card just listed.
Thanks in advance for the saves.
@Nancy - congrats on the "Stranger Order" as I call them :) Always a thrill!
@Vicki - keeping fingers crossed for the job
@Barbara - good to see you back and I hadn't thought about Bon Voyage cards before. I'll definitely look into that - thanks for the idea
@Roxanne - WELCOME :)
@All - thanks for the kind compliments of my latest cards
Hope everyone has a fab day.
@Sharon - I missed your knitting all last week... did not find a listing, sorry if I overlooked it.
@Barbara - thank you for your kind comments on my recently posted items.
@Kathy - thanks for you well wishes for my son. He says he is not coughing so much today.
@ALL - When the collections are published, it makes all the difference in the world if we actually promote them on at least one other venue where you are active. I know many of us then promote each individual item as well. I really appreciate that. Sharing our items across many boards for many eyes to see is what marketing is all about. And remember that it is not just the other artisan's work that you are promoting in your links and photos, it is your own avatar and identity that shows up, too.
The views for the various collections range from something over a hundred views to over 300 views for the ones that have been promoted.

I tried to make the link clickable but it's not working for me. I still haven't quite figured out how to use the tools in Artfire forums.
