I am putting this out there as a final effort to get someone from Artfire to assist in unlocking my account. I have been trying to build a new website using this platform and I am getting error messages that my credit card failed. I did not enter a card! When I try to enter my card number, I get error messages. I have gotten messages and emails from artfire for the past week that my account will be closed today!

They do not respond to my countless requests for help! Only with a threat of closing my account.
I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance. 
Is there something that I'm missing?
Other than using the help email address, I have no other means.

You need to email them service@artfire.com ......... they do not always read the post here but they do get back to email messages.

They usually are very responsive to that service@artfire.com email. Usually you will get a response in 2 business days. At least an acknowledgment email. Good luck.

Edited to add.
When you email artfire, be sure to give the details of what is happening when trying to st up your site.  Include the search engine and operating system you are using.
