I am putting this out there as a final effort to get someone from Artfire to assist in unlocking my account. I have been trying to build a new website using this platform and I am getting error messages that my credit card failed. I did not enter a card! When I try to enter my card number, I get error messages. I have gotten messages and emails from artfire for the past week that my account will be closed today!

They do not respond to my countless requests for help! Only with a threat of closing my account.
I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance. 
Is there something that I'm missing?
Other than using the help email address, I have no other means.

Not a good start

I would hate to think that this is how this company operates
