Depending on what your order is, I would give them a little more time. This weekend was a holiday and no mail service.

In all honesty I would file a charge back with the credit card or PayPal which ever you used to complete the order.  Email Artfire and let them know the name of the seller, if the seller isn't responding they need to know. service@artfire.com

Thank I filed a dispute with PayPal this site has the worst customer service even the seller never respond I order it July 1st I get the holidays but if u have us email you ya should respond back thanks wish I can say who it was here

Artfire has a small staff, they can't do anything at this point.  It is the sellers responsibility to reply to you, if they don't just file a dispute right away.  As a long time seller I have never allowed a customer to wait for a reply, I always have my phone with me and it's easy to check in too.  I'm sorry this happened to you.  Take care.

Same happened to me...first and last time I use this site.



Am concerned myself about seller "Lowerworld"- purchased something- they answered questions quickly before I bought, now they have my money, I have no item, and they do not respond to emails via ArtFire or via email. I NEED the item I purchased (a phone), and can't wait much longer...but also can't be without the cash if I have to go elsewhere to buy a legit phone if this turns out to be BS. When I called ArtFire Support, there was only a message saying no one was there. I'm worried.

Artfire cannot help you get back the money you paid, file a dispute with the credit card you used to pay with or PayPal.  Artfire has a small staff, you can let them know what happened and the name of the seller via email.  service@artfire.com. Good luck.
