I also didn't realize that I had to like from my personal page until recently. Have to review everything today. I was on overload last week. Glad I found out, thought I was helping
Does anyone know how many people you can safely "like" in a certain period of time?
- Go here to your Pages Admin
- Select the "Edit Page" for the one you want to delete
- Click on "Manage Permissions" on the left-hand side
- One of the options on this page will say "Delete this Page"
- It will ask you to confirm by clicking "Delete" again
Well still don't get it. I won't bother you anymore. Will try again later.
I had "liked" so many Artfire people's FB pages, but didn't enjoy all the cluttering of my personal news feed. So I unliked them from my personal and liked them from my business page. Well now I see that I can "like" you all from my personal page and just hide the posts. So now I am going to my business page from my personal page, clicking on "see all" Likes and liking 10 or so of you at a time from the box that comes up. Now I can see all your posts on my business page and just keep up with friends and family on my personal one.
I welcome all posts to my Wall. I've never had to delete any so far.
A very successful colleague used to run all sorts of promotions on her Facebook page and it has gotten her thousands of "likes". Now she mentions them and sends people to her blog. Her blog is great, too. check out Amy Peters' Studio on Facebook. She has been a great example of success to me.
And while you're there, please "like" me as well. :-)
