When I like someone and post on their wall is there a way to keep that post from showing up on my personal page? I usually tell people I've liked their page and introduce myself as being from AF. But I don't like that showing up on my personal page.

Hugs,
Gina

you need to be using your profile to like someone. If you comment on their page wall using your page persona, I don't think it shows up on your personal page. You can switch from the upper right option on your fan page (use facebook as yourfanpage).

Just ONE more little Like. Just one more and I will at last have 25 likes. Will you be the one?? Then, I promise, I'll leave you alone. LOL

How does one get a unique URL without all those numbers?

Gina-

You can hide all posts on your newsfeed from anyone or any page. when a post you don't want shows up, hover your mouse over it and an X will appear. Click that X and then click on "Hide All by ..." and their posts will never show on your newsfeed again, but they still get your "like". Then go "like" them from your business page (switch to that from the upper right hand side of your page where it says "account") so you can see their posts in a more appropriate place.

To not give out your personal profile to customers, just your page:

Good idea! I was concerned about this very same thing, and had a problem with giving up personal info just to get a page.  It's good to know that I can act as  is my personal profile doesn't exist, and just use the business page.

Bluepie Designs:

I read somewhere in this bootcamp that you need 25 likes in order for your page to do away with the numbers. I had the same concern. Hope this helps!

 Hey Everybody, Top This

For some reason Facebook thought there were security issues with my account and asked me to login again. Well, since I had it on "keep me logged in", I forgot my password. No problem, I went in and made a new password. Here's the kicker, you have to verify the change with a cell phone number. That's the only way to verify. --I don't have a cell phone--I must be the only person alive without one. I found my old password and it doesn't work, my new password doesn't work and there are NO humans to talk to at Facebook. No phone number, no email address, nothing.

I would really love some suggestions and Help in a big way.

Any ideas?

Here is a screenshot of the forgot password page on Facebook

Did you try just entering your email address? I think if you do that they should email you a password reset.
