Hey, when they cancel my pro account to give me the new deal, will I lose any of my listings? I assume it will go back to basic for a minute. Hope not.

I have an existing Pro account. I took the deal on that. Now I want to add another Pro account under this deal for a new product line. Can I do that and if so, how?

Sign up for a new basic account, then go though the deal sign up page on that account.

You can't actually hit the deal page unless you are logged in.  Once you are logged in with your new account, go through the same process as you did with your first account.  There are no worries about duplicate subscriptions, the system will return errors if you try and create a second subscription with the same ArtFire account.

There isn't a hard end date for this promotion yet, unless we hit the 50,000 hard cap for sign ups you will see announcements from admin about the last day it will be available.  That day will be determined and announced once this deal official gets launched to the general public next week (again, as long as we don't hit the 50,000 member cap before then).

You shouldn't go back to basic for  a second.

In some rare cases it may happen, however we have already implemented safe guards so that anyone in the braintree system won't lose information no matter what happens once the deal is activated.

For the vast majority of sellers, once the deal is activated, your old subscription will be canceled and your next bill date will be set according to your previous subscription.  There won't even be a temporary interruption of service,  you will just seamlessly start billing at the new rate.

Kevin,

I just signed up for this deal. I was planning on trying the Pro account for three months in October - December. If we do that and then decide to drop back to a basic account, will we be removed from this new deal?

Thanks,

Robert

AF Rocks!!

I hate to admit this, but I signed up for the year deal at $12 I think it was back in Dec or maybe Jan. I want to sign up, but I have 3 CC's and I don't know which one I signed up under. Or does it even need to be the same one? In fact, I would rather choose one over the other 2, cause I'm trying to get down to one CC. Please let me know.

Thanks so much AF!!!

Hugs,
Gina

It does not matter which CC you use.  When your year is up it will go to $5.95/month on whatever CC you enter.

Thanks.

If you decide to go 3/$36 and sign up for the deal you will be charged $5.95/month starting at the end of your 3/$36.  If you downgrade after that initial charge, you won't be able to get the $5.95 back.

But, you will not lose it in the meantime if you agree to be in the deal. . .

Does that make sense?

Thanks.
